Nahehe Caves | Dreke Waterfall | Nakabuta Pottery
Take a guided tour to the highlands and the mountain valleys. Adventure into the interior of the cost and visit th Nahehe caves which are located about a stone throw from the nearby village. But first meet the locals where you are treated with a tradition welcoming ceremony and than off you go.
Our second stop is at Dreke waterfall. located in the vicinity of a small village of 120 people, here you will be greeted with a salusalu and a big Bula smile before you are sent off. You have a choice of riding on a horse or trekking to the falls which only takes 10 minutes. Catch river prawns (yabbi) and cook them in bamboo pots; this will be an exciting experience of this tour.
Last stop at the pottery making village of Nakabuta. Watch a traditional art as old as the inhabitants being demonstrated. Don't forget to take back a souvenir. later on join the fun in the taralala dance.
